If you do not own the building, then yes. You will need to download this form and have the property management or owner authorize the installation. It's a simple form that most landlords are happy to comply with. You will provide the form to the installer on the day of installation.

What about a contract?
To qualify for the DISH Business promotions and package deals, we do ask that you sign a 24-month agreement. This is our most popular option, and it ensures that you continue to receive the price you agreed to when you signed up. However, you can still enjoy DISH Business programming at the regular price without an agreement.

How do I pick my DISH Business programming package?
Every account consists of a Core Package and add-on channels. The core package is usually the American Start Pack, or the International Starter pack. The add-on channels can be anything you want from our menu.

Add-ons start at $12 per month, but if you order 3 or more packages (and choose a 24-month agreement), you'll receive $10 off your monthly bill for 12 months. DISH Business also offers an Ultimate package deal: Order ESPN plus 5 or more add-ons, and receive $50 off your monthly bill for 12 months.

How much is installation?
Installation on up to 6 TVs is FREE with a 24-month agreement! If you choose a month-to-month plan instead, installation is a one-time fee of $199.
What if I need more than one dish/antenna for my DISH Business account?
If you need more than one dish/antenna for your DISH Business account, the technician will be happy to install 2 for you at no extra charge. You are only responsible for the cost of the second dish.
It's hard to take time out when you run a business. When can I expect the DISH technician to arrive?
When you make your installation appointment for DISH Business, you'll receive an email confirmation that contains your 4-hour appointment time range. Once the appointment is closer and the technician has a better estimate of his or her arrival time, you will receive another email with this updated information for your convenience.
How long will the technician be onsite?
Your DISH Business installation will take no longer than 4 hours, but actual time depends on the number of TVs you have.
Will the technician explain to me how my DISH Business works?
Yes. The technician will confirm your DISH Business service with you before getting started to make sure he or she will be giving you exactly what you ordered and will walk you through how it's done. You'll then receive a tutorial on how to use your DISH Business service when the installation and activation are complete.
Does the supervisor/owner have to be here when the technician shows up?
No, but there will need to be someone on the premises who is 18 years or older and can provide an authorized signature for DISH Business installation.
