Replacement Equipment
While most problems are solved with a simple phone call, if the problem is isolated to the receiver, and it cannot be fixed on the call, DISH Network will send a replacement receiver directly to you on priority status. Just return the receiver, the DHPP covers full replacement and shipping costs. Replacement equipment, no worries. Could it get any better than that?
Video Cabling & Power Surge Repairs
If a power surge damages your DISH Network receiver or inside video cabling, DHPP will replace or repair it for free.

If we are unable to solve your problem through our technical support staff, we’ll come to you! With a nationwide service network, you’re covered, no matter where you live. An authorized technician will come to you for only $29 (regularly $99) simply give us a call, and we’ll schedule an appointment at a time that’s convenient for you.
