Additional Outlet Fees: There is a $5/mo. additional outlet fee for each tuner beyond the first tuner for standard definition. The fee is $7/mo. if the tuner is High Definition. In the instance where the second (or fourth) tuner is included in a dual tuner receiver, the fee can be waived if the receiver is connected to an active, land-based phone line. In step seven, the phone line section, you will see this information reiterated.

5.) Programming: Select your programming from the drop down list to the right. There are three drop down lists: one is for Standard Programming, one is for a combination of Standard and High Definition programming, and the third is for HD Programming Only.* NOTICE: The prices in the dropdown menus represent the base programming package's price only, and does not include additional outlet fees, DVR fees, equipment upgrade fees, or any other applicable monthly charges.
