Defining a Sale Guideline
Each channel has a different process they go through once an order has been placed. You get paid for Completed Sales that meet the above Minimum Qualifying guidelines. You do not get paid for clicks, leads, or orders. Once a lead places an order it then must be installed and activated. The installation must be completed at the property and for the person who placed the order. Once the system is installed, the system on the Work Order must then be activated by the service provider. This then becomes a sale. Once the sale passes the Incubation Period, it becomes a Completed Sale.
You get paid for completed sales that are tagged to your affiliate account by virtue of a promotion code or a unique Affiliate ID. Our sales reps are trained to ask for promotion codes on all orders over the phone, chat, or online. If your customers follows one of your links or banners, or other promotional material to our website, we have software installed on our website that identifies you through the unique URL you are provided. This customer will then have your promo code displayed on the website and it will be included in any online orders they place. A Completed Sale must be tagged with your promo code or unique identifier to qualify for payout.
Sale Incubation
Once the Order has achieved the status of Sale it goes through an incubation process. After the Sale has incubated for 10 days, and the customer is still active, in good standings, and maintaining the criteria in the Minimum Qualifying Guidelines, the
Sale becomes a Completed Sale.
You earn commissions on Completed Sales as listed below in the Commission Earnings Table.
All Completed Sales and Commissions are subject to the rules set forth in the Chargeback and Liability Guidelines.

Chargeback and Liability Guidelines
A Chargeback occurs when a customers disconnects service prior to fulfilling a certain threshold of service. A Chargeback is the service provider (example: Dish Network) recalling, in the form of an automatic charge, the full commission paid to the retailer. You are liable for all chargebacks related to your account. The maximum amount you will owe per chargeback, if a customer charges back, is the amount you were paid in commission.
Once your Completed Sale has been active, and in good standings for 180 days they have fulfilled the Chargeback threshold and you are no longer liable for that customer.
Chargebacks are an unavoidable reality in this, and many other retail businesses. This underscores the importance of targeting and acquiring quality customers. This is also one of the main reasons these companies implement credit requirements to order service - they don't want to have to chargeback their retailers.
In order to make this a smooth process, we anticipate a certain percentage of chargebacks. 20% of each payout will be put into a chargeback reserve for your affiliate account. If a customer charges back, we will first pull the money from the chargeback reserve. If the amount owed due to chargebacks exceeds the reserve amount then those monies will be requisitioned from you. As customers fulfill their chargeback threshold the corresponding monies will be pulled from your chargeback reserve and included in your next payout (assuming there is money in your reserve).

We pay and treat our affiliates extremely well. With us, you're in good hands. We require each affiliate to pass a phone screening. It is a simple process, but we do this to filter out the SPAM robots surfing the net, people who are not serious, and other mischief. Please call the number at the top of the screen, or displayed right here (number: 1 877 898-3104) and ask for the "Affiliate Development Department". Thank you so much!
