Feature Questions:
1. Do I need to subscribe to DISH Network to get a PocketDISH?

2. Will the PocketDISH work with any DISH Network receiver?

3. Will the PocketDISH work with my regular DVR Receiver (625, 522)?

Answer 1.
No, you do not need to subscribe to DISH Network to enjoy many of the PocketDISH benefits; however, for the greatest useage you should subscribe to DISH Network.

Answer 2.
Currently the PocketDISH downloads TV programs from the DISH Receiver 942, the high definition DVR. The 942 records both standard and high definition. If you currently have an HD receiver and are considering PocketDISH you may want to consider upgrading to a 942.

Answer 3.
Currently the PocketDISH only downloads video from the 942. Soon, DISH Network will launch a software update for PocketDISH to download with the 625 and the 522.
