*Additional Outlet Fees: There is a $5/mo. additional outlet fee for each tuner beyond the first tuner for standard definition. The fee is $7/mo. if the tuner is High Definition. In the instance where the second (or fourth) tuner is included in a dual tuner receiver, the fee can be waived if the receiver is connected to an active, land-based phone line. In step seven, the phone line section, you will see this information reiterated. These prices assume an active land-based phone line is attached to the receiver. The Additional DVR fees occur when a second (+) receiver is placed on the account. |

If you cannot receive your local channels, you will not be charged for them. |

7.) Phone Service: Do you have a land based phone line?*
Additional outlet fees apply to each tuner beyond the first tuner on the account. This fee is $5 per month for standard tuners, and $7 per month for HD tuners. This fee is waived on the second tuner included in any Dual Tuner receiver if it connected to a land based phone line. |
