The redemption process involves the e-commerce department sending you a qualifying email for both parts of the SSN Special. You will receive 1 email/file for the $75 cash back redemption and 1 email/file for the 'Pick One of Five' promotion. In most instances the two forms will arrive in the same email The email will outline step by step instructions for redeeming each offer. Each offer requires that you pay a shipping, handling, and processing fee.
