Satellite TV
“A signal from the sky to make the cable companies cry”

Satellite TV is revolutionizing the way we enjoy entertainment. This relatively new technology is making millions of people all over our country happy all day long and all night. There are two primary ways one gets entertainment programming into there home and onto their TV. The old style way is to run millions and millions of miles of cable all over the country and have thousands of people in charge of maintaining those lines and setting up new connections. The new way is to call one of the top DIRECTV or Dish Network retailers, like Satellite Solutions Network, and tell them you want to sign up. In most cases installation and all the equipment you need are provided to you for free. After you’ve decided that satellite TV is the way to go, and you’ve called Satellite Solutions Network and placed your order, an install team will show up very shortly afterwards and set up your new satellite system. They will hook up the satellite dish to the side of your house near the roof and then covertly run wires from the dish into your homes. The wires are then connected to a receiver / receivers. The receiver then delivers the signal to your TV. With satellite TV you’re looking at a few hundred feet of cables (often times less). With the standard cable providers you’re literally looking at a few million miles of cable. Which one seems harder to maintain?
The phrase 'do you have cable' used to be synonymous with ‘the good stuff’ that comes on TV. This is no longer true. Avid fans of satellite TV will certainly tell you otherwise. Slowly but surely the nation is catching on to the fact that cable no longer means quality programming. Now you will hear people saying "oh good, you have satellite tv". Cable has developed a reputation of disturbance, poor service, and constantly climbing premiums. Satellite TV has developed a reputation of superiority and is quickly gaining authority status amongst the quickly growing customer base. The deep inner workings of Satellite TV can be complicated on the engineering and electrical level but to the consumer it is a super easy concept; you order the service, the service is performed, a signal is sent direct from a dedicated satellite to your home via the satellite dish and that’s it. Since the signal is sent direct from a satellite to you, you have complete control over the exact programming you want.
Lets elaborate on this concept a little further. We already covered the fact that cable companies use millions of miles of cable to set you up. You’ve probably seen plenty of commercials talking about how great cable is and how satellite TV is a whole new world that you do not want to enter. Well the truth of the matter is that the cable companies use satellites! That’s right. They receive their signals from a satellite and then filter it down into their massive network of cables. Due to the nature of the cable company’s networks the digital signal they receive with their satellites is downgraded to an analog signal and then sent to all of you. If you have cable, you will feel comforted to know that any channel that is not three digits long is analog. Analog is an older, slower, and lower quality signal in regards to TV entertainment that is prone to electrical disturbances and static. You might be asking yourself, ‘what’s with all the downgrading and the millions of miles of cable?’ Well that’s an excellent question. Maybe bad planning is the cause of this problem. You might be pondering ‘why not just send the signal direct to everyone’s house with a miniature sized satellite dish?’ The answer to that question will lead you right to Dish Network or DIRECTV and Satellite Solutions Network. Dish TV or DIRECTV and Satellite Solutions Network will give you all the equipment you need for free, come to your house, install the dish and run the few wires you need, set up your box and teach you how to use the system. We have streamlined the process, developed a better product, and millions of people are realizing this everyday.
